Charles Rozoy, né le 4 mars 1987 à Chenôve (Côte-d'Or), est un nageur handisport français. Licencié à l'Alliance Dijon Natation depuis plus de 16 ans, il commence d'abord une carrière valide mais trop juste au niveau des temps de qualification, les portes du pôle Espoir se referment. Un accident de moto lui paralyse le bras gauche en juillet 2008, et l'entraîne à pratiquer le handisport. Il est entraîné par Sylvain Fréville au Pôle espoir de Dijon.

En octobre 2009 lors de sa première compétition internationale à Reykjavik (Islande), il devient champion d'Europe en grand bassin du 100 mètres...
