Yann Delaigue, né le 5 avril 1973 à Vienne (Isère), est un joueur de rugby à XV français. Il a joué en équipe de France et évoluait au poste de demi d'ouverture ou, rarement, au centre.

Joueur très doué, surnommé Le petit Mozart, il n'a pas connu avec le XV de France la carrière qui semblait s'ouvrir à lui. Il participe à deux matchs du premier tour de la coupe du monde 1995, mais il manque les deux suivants à cause de blessures.
