Alger Joseph Arbour (né 1er novembre 1932 à Sudbury en Ontario au Canada — mort le 28 août 2015 à Sarasota, dans l'état de la Floride aux États-Unis) est un joueur professionnel de hockey sur glace en Amérique du Nord. Après sa carrière de joueur, il devient entraîneur de hockey sur glace dans la Ligue nationale de hockey. Arbour commence sa carrière en professionnel en 1949 dans la Ligue internationale de hockey.
