Nicolás Almagro Sanchez, né le 21 août 1985 à Murcie (Espagne), est un joueur de tennis professionnel espagnol.

En 2008, Almagro est le second espagnol le plus jeune du top 100, derrière Rafael Nadal. Almagro a fait partie des meilleurs juniors durant de longues années avant de percer sur le grand circuit en 2005, année où il disputa trois des quatre tournois du Grand Chelem dans le grand tableau.
