Guy Forget est un joueur et un capitaine de tennis français, professionnel de 1982 à 1997, né le 4 janvier 1965 à Casablanca (Maroc).

Champion de France junior en 1982, Guy Forget remporte son premier tournoi sur le circuit professionnel en 1986 à Toulouse où son grand-père s'était imposé en 1946 et son père en 1966. Il gagne aussi à Nancy en 1989 et devient champion du monde en double avec le Suisse Jakob Hlasek en 1990.

Il réalise sa meilleure saison en 1991 : il atteint le 4e rang mondial grâce à 6 victoires en tournoi (Sydney, Bruxelles, Cincinnati, Bordeaux, Toulouse et de l'open de...
