En 2011, lors des Championnats du monde de Daegu, en Corée du Sud, il remporte les épreuves du 100 mètres et du relais 4 × 100 mètres, discipline dans laquelle il établit un nouveau record du monde en 37 s 04, aux côtés de Nesta Carter, Michael Frater et Usain Bolt.
