Salvatore Cutugno, dit Toto Cutugno (né le 7 juillet 1943 à Fosdinovo, dans la province de Massa-Carrara, en Toscane, Italie) est un chanteur populaire et compositeur italien.

Issu d'un père militaire sicilien et d'une mère toscane, Toto grandit très vite à La Spezia, en Ligurie. Durant son enfance, il apprend la batterie, la guitare, le piano et le saxo et, à 19 ans, il fonde le groupe Toto e i tati. En 1971, il se marie avec Carla avec qui il part vivre à Milan.
