Pervez Musharraf ou Pervez Moucharraf, né le 11 août 1943 à Delhi (Inde britannique), est un général et homme politique pakistanais. À la suite d'un coup d'État non-violent, il a été à la tête du Pakistan du 12 octobre 1999 au 18 août 2008, mais officiellement président de la République seulement du 20 juin 2001 au 18 août 2008.

Après être entré dans l'armée pakistanaise en 1964, Pervez Musharraf ne cesse de progresser dans la hiérarchie, jusqu'à être nommé chef de l'armée par le Premier ministre Nawaz Sharif en octobre 1998. Le 12 octobre 1999, il est l'instigateur du coup d’État militaire...
