Patrick Ekeng Ekeng évolue au poste de milieu de terrain de la fin des années 2000 au milieu des années 2010. Formé au Canon Yaoundé, il joue ensuite notamment au Mans FC, au FC Lausanne-Sport, à Cordoue CF et au Dinamo Bucarest.
