Bob Bowman est un entraîneur américain de natation, spécialement connu pour le succès de son nageur Michael Phelps, détenteur de 22 médailles dont 18 titres aux Jeux olympiques (18 d'or, 2 d'argent et 2 de bronze entre 2000 et 2012).

De 2005 à 2008, il est l'entraîneur en chef de l'Université du Michigan des sections masculines de natation et du plongeon. Il est également l'entraîneur principal du Club Wolverine. Depuis septembre 2008, il est à la tête du North Baltimore Aquatic Club.
