Lance Armstrong, né Lance Edward Gunderson le 18 septembre 1971 à Dallas (Texas), est un coureur cycliste américain. Surnommé « le Boss », il a notamment terminé premier au classement général du Tour de France à 7 reprises (ce qui n'avait jamais été réalisé) et de manière consécutive (de 1999 à 2005). Considéré comme le spécialiste mondial de cette épreuve, il est monté autant de fois sur le podium de la Grande Boucle que Raymond Poulidor (8). Il a aussi, entre autres, remporté un titre de champion du monde en 1993.

Sa carrière a été marquée par un cancer aux testicules décelé en octobre 19...
