Pascal Olmeta marque le football français en ne jouant pourtant jamais en équipe de France. Il est pourtant présélectionné plusieurs fois. Il s'assied pour la 1ère fois sur le banc tricolore lors du France-Luxembourg du 30 octobre 1985.

Pascal Olmeta joue au SC Bastia, à Toulon, puis au Matra Racing.

Après le Matra Racing, c'est à l'Olympique de Marseille que le gardien corse joue. Avec l'OM, il remporte à deux reprises le titre de Champion de France. Lor...
