Patrice Latyr Évra est un footballeur français né le 15 mai 1981 à Dakar (Sénégal) et qui évolue au poste d'arrière gauche à Manchester United et en équipe de France.

Né à Dakar au Sénégal, fils d'un diplomate guinéen, Patrice Évra rejoint rapidement l'Europe via Bruxelles, où son père est muté. En 1986, il découvre les joies du ballon rond aux Ulis, nouveau lieu de résidence familial depuis 1985. Il y côtoie notamment Thierry Henry.
