Konstantin Aghaparoni Orbelyan (né le 29 juillet 1928 à Armavir en Russie et mort le 24 Avril 2014 à Los Angeles en Californie) était un pianiste arménien, compositeur, chef d'orchestre du "State Estrada Orchestra of Armenia". Il était l'"Artiste du peuple de l'URSS" (1979), membre du conseil de l'Union des Compositeurs Soviétiques, secrétaire de l'Union des Compositeurs Arménien depuis 1983 et vice-président de la "All-Soviet Musical Society of the USSR". Il est l'oncle de son homonyme Constantine Orbelian....
