Félix Sánchez (né le 30 août 1977 à New York) est un athlète de la République dominicaine spécialiste du 400 m haies. Il s'est illustré en remportant deux titres olympiques et deux titres de champion du monde.

Né aux États-Unis de parents dominicains, il court depuis 1999 pour la République dominicaine — malgré les propositions faites par la fédération américaine. Il fait ses débuts sur la scène internationale à l'occasion des Jeux panaméricains de 1999, se classant quatrième de la finale du 400 m haies. Il participe aux Jeux olympiques de Sydney en 2000 où il s'incline en demi-finale dans Félix Sanchez...
