Romain Barras (né le 1er août 1980 à Calais) est un athlète français spécialiste du décathlon. Il remporte la médaille d'or aux Championnats d'Europe d'athlétisme 2010 à Barcelone.

Il mesure 1,94 m pour 87 kg et est entraîné par Jean-Yves Cochand succédant à Pascal Barras, son propre père, qui le dirigea jusqu'en 2002. Après une participation aux Jeux olympiques 2004, il termine les Championnats du monde d'athlétisme 2005 d'Helsinki à la 7e place. En 2007, il est sélectionné en équipe de France aux Championnats du monde d'athlétisme 2007, où il obtient également une septième place.
