Thor Hushovd est un coureur cycliste norvégien né le 18 janvier 1978 à Grimstad, membre de l'équipe BMC Racing. Il est devenu professionnel en 2000, après avoir été champion du monde du contre-la-montre des moins de 23 ans en 1999. Spécialisé dans le sprint, il est notamment champion du monde sur route en 2010 et a remporté quatorze étapes de grands tours (dix étapes du Tour de France, trois du Tour d'Espagne et une du Tour d'Italie), les classements par points du Tour de France en 2005 et 2009, et du Tour d'Espagne en 2006, la classique Gand-Wevelgem en 2006 et le Circuit Het Nieuwsblad en 20...
