Théophile Abega (né le 9 juillet 1954 à Yaoundé et mort le 15 novembre 2012 dans sa ville natale) est un footballeur international camerounais qui jouait au poste milieu de terrain. Surnommé « Docteur », élu meilleur joueur africain en 1984, il faisait partie des Lions Indomptables qui terminèrent invaincus la coupe du monde 1982 en Espagne. Deux ans plus tard, il était le capitaine des Lions vainqueurs de la Coupe d'Afrique des Nations. Il a joué notamment au Canon Yaoundé puis à Toulouse, durant la saison 1984-1985.
