Josep "Pep" Guardiola i Sala est un entraîneur, ancien footballeur espagnol, né le 18 janvier 1971 à Santpedor (Bages, Catalogne).

Le 14 novembre 2006, à l'âge de 35 ans, l'ancien joueur du FC Barcelone, met un terme à sa carrière après avoir remporté notamment six fois le championnat d'Espagne, une Ligue des champions et une médaille d'or aux Jeux olympiques de 1992 avec la sélection espagnole. Il compte 47 sélections avec l'équipe nationale espagnole, avec laquelle il a marqué cinq buts.
