Sébastien Jouve, né le 8 décembre 1982 à Mont-Saint-Aignan, est un kayakiste français pratiquant la course en ligne.

Sebastien Jouve participe à l'épreuve de canoë-kayak aux Jeux olympiques d'été de 2008 de Pékin en K-2 500 m, où il termine septième.

Il remporte deux médailles lors des Championnats du monde 2009 à Dartmouth, l'une en argent en K-4 1 000 m et l'autre en bronze en K-1 4 x 200 m.

L'année suivante lors des Championnats du monde de course en ligne (canoë-kayak) 2010 à Poznań, il est double médaillé d'or en K-4 1 000 m et en K-2 200m.
