Daniel « Dani » Pedrosa, né le 29 septembre 1985 à Sabadell (Espagne, province de Barcelone, est un pilote de vitesse moto espagnol.

Arrivé à 16 ans en 2001 dans la catégorie 125 cm3 du championnat du monde de vitesse, il monte sur ses premiers podiums avant de remporter l'année suivante ses trois premières victoires en championnat du monde de vitesse.

En 2003, il est sacré champion du monde de vitesse 125 cm3 après quatre victoires. En 2004, il passe dans la catégorie 250 cm3 et décroche le titre mondial, grâce à sept victoires qui ne laissent aucune chance à ses rivaux Sebastian Porto,...
