Rachid Arhab, né le 26 juin 1955 à Larbaâ Nath Irathen, est un journaliste franco-algérien, actuel membre du Conseil supérieur de l'audiovisuel (CSA).

Né le 26 juin 1955 à Larbaâ Nath Irathen (anciennement Fort-National), dans la région montagneuse de la Kabylie au nord de l'Algérie, Rachid Arhab a vécu son enfance à Fameck près de Thionville en Lorraine. Il obtient la nationalité française en 1992.

Diplômé du centre universitaire d'enseignement du journalisme (Cuej) de l'université de Strasbourg, il devient journaliste à FR3 Nancy en 1977, puis à Reims et Paris.
