Mustapha Zitouni, né le 19 octobre 1928 à Alger et mort le 5 janvier 2014 à Nice, est un footballeur franco-algérien. Zitouni souffrait d’une maladie depuis quelques années. Il joua comme amateur à l'Association sportive de Saint-Eugène (première division du championnat d'Alger), au poste de défenseur, et fut plusieurs fois retenu dans la sélection du département d'Alger, avant de venir en métropole et d'y passer professionnel.
