Né Cassius Marcellus Clay Jr., le 17 janvier 1942, et mort le 3 juin 2016, Mohammed Ali-Haj ou encore Mohamed Ali est un boxeur américain considéré comme l'un des meilleurs poids lourds de tous les temps. Il fut d'ailleurs nommé sportif du XXe siècle par une assemblée de journalistes internationaux, devant Pelé. Il a acquis la célébrité mondiale autant par ses performances de sportif que par son activisme politique.
