Maria Kaczyńska née Mackiewicz, le 21 août 1943 à Machów (Pologne) et morte[1] le 10 avril 2010 à Smolensk (Russie), était une économiste, épouse du président polonais Lech Kaczyński et première dame de la République de Pologne depuis 2005. Elle est la fille de Lydia et Czeslaw Mackiewicz, ancien militaire. Un de ses oncles a combattu dans les rangs du 2e Corps d'armée polonaise durant la bataille de Mont Cassin auprès du général Władysław Anders.
