Wayman Lawrence Tisdale (né le 9 juin 1964 à Tulsa, dans l'Oklahoma - mort le 15 mai 2009), était un joueur de basket-ball américain devenu bassiste de jazz. Tisdale évolue dans l'université d'Oklahoma de 1983 à 1985, où il est nommé à trois reprises All-American (distinction décernée aux meilleurs joueurs). Il remporte la médaille d'or avec l'équipe nationale olympique en 1984 à Los Angeles (à l'époque les États-Unis n'envoyaient que des universitaires).
