Romeo Phillion (né le 29 avril 1939 et mort le 2 novembre 2015) est un américain est une victime de la justice américaine, reconnu coupable de l'assassinat d'un pompier d'Ottawa, Léopold Roy, en 1967, après avoir fait un aveu à la police qu'il contesta deux heures plus tard. Il a passé 31 ans de prison et cinq ans en liberté conditionnelle. Le 29 avril 2010, les procureurs de la cours d'appel de l'Ontario retire l'accusation d'assassinat. Phillion est mort le 2 novembre 2015 à l'âge de 76 ans, à Mississauga (en Ontario, USA) après une longue maladie....
