Patrick Roy (né le 5 octobre 1965 à Québec, au Canada) est un joueur hockey sur glace professionnel de la Ligue nationale de hockey maintenant à la retraite qui évoluait au poste de gardien de but. Considéré comme l'un des meilleurs à ce poste de l'histoire de la LNH, il a joué pour deux équipes : les Canadiens de Montréal et l'Avalanche du Colorado. Il est actuellement entraîneur-chef, propriétaire et directeur-général des Remparts de Québec dans la Ligue de hockey junior majeur du Québec.
