Patrice Duhamel, né le 12 décembre 1945 à Boulogne-Billancourt, est un journaliste français.

C'est le frère du journaliste Alain Duhamel et du professeur Jean-François Duhamel, pédiatre.

Il a cinq fils : Jean, Nicolas, Alexandre, Benjamin, et Raphaël et a pour compagne Nathalie Saint-Cricq.

Patrice Duhamel est élève au lycée Baüyn de Perreuse à Nogent-sur-Marne puis au lycée Condorcet à Paris. Il fait ensuite des études d'économie à la Faculté de droit et de sciences économiques de Paris (Assas). Il suit une formation de journaliste .
