Lech Aleksander Kaczyński, né le 18 juin 1949 à Varsovie et mort le 10 avril 2010 à Smolensk (Russie), est un homme d'État polonais. Fondateur du parti Droit et justice en 2001, il est le président de la République de Pologne du 23 décembre 2005 à sa mort dans l'accident d'avion du 10 avril 2010 à Smolensk[1].
