Yann Eliès est un navigateur et un skipper professionnel français, né le 31 janvier 1974 à Saint-Brieuc. Il gagne la Solitaire du Figaro 2012 trente-trois ans après son père, Patrick Eliès, vainqueur en 1979 de la même course à la voile en solitaire alors nommée La Course de l'Aurore.

Dès 1998, Yann Eliès navigue sur le Figaro Bénéteau Groupe Generali Assurances. À partir de 2007, il navigue sur un nouveau monocoque de 60 pieds, Generali, dont le parrain est Zinédine Zidane.
