Guillaume Rufin est un joueur français de tennis, professionnel depuis 2008, né le 26 mai 1990 à Viriat.

Quart de finaliste sur le circuit ATP à Marseille et Montpellier.

Il réside actuellement à Liège.

Guillaume Rufin débute sur les tournois Futures (3 division) du circuit ITF à 17 ans en octobre 2007, il perd contre Baptiste Dupuy 6-0, 7-6. En mai 2008, il se hisse en demi-finale d'un tournoi en Hongrie mais doit abandonner sur blessure. Peu après, il fait ses débuts à Roland-Garros, où il s'incline au premier tour des qualifications contre Paul Capdeville 6-2, 6-3.
