Sir David Tang Wing-cheung KBE, né le 2 août 1954 et mort 29 août 2017, était un homme d'affaires chinois de Hong Kong. Il était surtout connu pour la création de la chaîne de la mode Shanghai Tang en 1994, qu'il vendit en 1998 à Richemont. Il fut également le fondateur du restaurant China Tang au sein du palace The Dorchester (Londres). Le grand-père de Tang, Tang Shiu Kin, a fondé la compagnie de bus Kowloon et est devenu l'un des plus grands philanthropes de Hong Kong. Il avait été anobli par la reine Elizabeth II. David Tang est mort le mardi 29 août 2017 à l'âge de 63 ans des suites...
