Thomas Voeckler (22 juin 1979 à Schiltigheim) est un coureur cycliste français. Professionnel depuis 2001, il est membre de l'équipe Europcar. Il a notamment été champion de France sur route en 2004 et 2010, et vainqueur du Grand Prix de Plouay 2007, d'une étape du Tour de France 2009 et du Tour de France 2010. Il s'est rendu populaire lors du Tour de France 2004 en portant le maillot jaune pendant dix jours. Il est considéré comme l'un des meilleurs coureurs français des années 20002. Il réside aujourd'hui à Mouilleron-le-Captif en Vendée.
