Simon Liberati, né le 12 mai 1960 à Paris, est un journaliste et écrivain français.

Après des études de grammaire latine à la Sorbonne, Simon Liberati devient journaliste, notamment à FHM, Grazia et 20 Ans.

En 2004, son ami Frédéric Beigbeder, alors éditeur chez Flammarion, publie son premier roman, Anthologie des apparitions, sur le thème de l'adolescence, qui bénéficie d'un accueil critique positif.

En 2007 il publie le roman Nada exist dans lequel il brosse le portrait d'un photographe de mode qui passe des paillettes et de la célébrité à la dérive.
