Le prince Saoud ben Fayçal ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud (ou Saoud al-Fayçal), né le 2 janvier 1940 à Taëf et mort le 9 juillet 2015 à Los Angeles, est un homme politique saoudien, membre de la dynastie saoudienne. Il est ministre des Affaires étrangères de 1975 à 2015. Fils du roi Fayçal ben Abdelaziz Al Saoud et d'Effat Al-Thunayan, et petit-fils d'Ibn Séoud, le prince Saoud ben Fayçal est diplômé en économie de l'université de Princeton.
