John Henry "Bonzo" Bonham (31 mai 1948 à Redditch, près de Birmingham, en Angleterre - 25 septembre 1980), fut l'un des batteurs les plus renommés des années 1970. Son nom est surtout associé au groupe hard-rock Led Zeppelin. Bonham est né en Angleterre à Redditch dans le Worcestershire. Très jeune, John commence déjà à frapper sur des pots et des casseroles avec des bâtons plutôt artisanaux en copiant le style de ses idoles, Gene Krupa et buddy rich.
