Javier Matías Pastore, né le 20 juin 1989 à Córdoba, est un footballeur international argentin d'origine italienne, qui joue au poste de milieu offensif.

Il évolue actuellement pour le Paris Saint-Germain. Avec 1,87 m (6′ 2″) pour 74 kg, son gabarit atypique lui vaut le surnom d’El Flaco (le « maigre »).

Javier Pastore fait ses débuts au football dans le petit club de quartier du Collegio San José Artesano à neuf ans en 1999.
