Frédéric Cuvillier, né le 9 décembre 1968 à Boulogne-sur-Mer (Pas-de-Calais), est un homme politique français, docteur en sciences juridiques et Maître de conférences en droit public à l'Université du Littoral Côte d'Opale. Il est nommé ministre délégué chargé des Transports et de l'Économie maritime le 16 mai 2012 sous le gouvernement Jean-Marc Ayrault.

Lors des élections municipales de 1995, il figure sur la liste divers gauche de Guy Lengagne, ancien maire de Boulogne-sur-Mer, alors exclu du PS et président du RAB (Rassembler Agir pour le Boulonnais), contre la liste officielle du Parti François Hollande...
