Catherine Lachens, née le 2 septembre 1945 à Boulogne-Billancourt, est une actrice française.

Après un tour d'Europe en stop et en mobylette de près d'un an et demi, elle s'inscrit aux cours de Jean Périmony (1968/69), puis de Jean-Laurent Cochet (1970/71). Elle entre au Conservatoire national de Paris, où elle a pour professeur, entre autres, Robert Manuel, ou encore Antoine Vitez. Elle en sort en deuxième année, fait extrêmement rare, avec trois premiers prix (classique, contemporain et étranger). Elle obtient également un premier prix de diction.
