Anne Parillaud, née le 6 mai 1960 à Paris, est une actrice française.

Enfant, Anne Parillaud voulait devenir avocate. Mais sa mère a préféré l’inscrire à des cours de théâtre et de danse pour améliorer sa diction et son allure.

C’est en 1977 qu’elle est repérée pour jouer un petit rôle dans le film Un amour de sable de Christian Lara. Elle enchaîne alors sur un autre petit rôle dans L’Hôtel de la plage de Michel Lang.

Plus tard, c’est Alain Delon qui lui propose de jouer dans deux films qu’il a écrits : Pour la peau d'un flic et Le Battant.
