Tom Sizemore est un acteur américain né le 29 septembre 1961 à Détroit (Michigan, États-Unis).

Diplômé en théâtre de l'université Temple en 1986, Tom Sizemore s'installe à New York à la fin des années 1980 et débute sur le petit écran en 1988, dans la série China Beach. Son premier rôle au cinéma, Tom Sizemore l'obtient aux côtés de Sylvester Stallone dans le drame Haute sécurité (Lock up) de John Flynn. La même année, il incarne furtivement un vétéran de la guerre du Viêt Nam dans Né un 4 juillet d'Oliver Stone. Un rôle de soldat que sa tête de dur à cuire lui fera retrouver à de nombreuse...
