Sébastien Loeb (né le 26 février 1974 à Haguenau dans le Bas-Rhin) est un pilote de rallye français. Ces huit titres mondiaux remportés consécutivement constituent un record en sport automobile toutes disciplines confondues.. C'est en 1999 qu'il prend part à sa première épreuve mondiale. Détenteur du record du nombre de victoires en mondial, il a remporté le championnat de France et le championnat du monde junior Super 1600 (JWRC) en 2001, puis le championnat du monde WRC en 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 et 2011 avec comme copilote Daniel Elena, depuis ses premières courses en rally...
