Jean Malrieu (Montauban 29 août 1915 - Montauban 24 avril 1976) est un poète français. Il fait des études secondaires dans sa ville natale puis entreprend des études de droit. Mobilisé en 1939. Après la guerre, il exerce divers métiers, avant de devenir instituteur. Il noue des relations amicales avec les surréalistes et rencontre André Breton à partir de la publication de son recueil : Préface à l’amour en 1953.
