Élie Cester, né le 27 juillet 1942 à L'Isle-Jourdain et mort dans la nuit du 2 au 3 janvier 2017 à Bourg-lès-Valence, est un joueur français de rugby à XV évoluant au poste de deuxième ligne. Il est connu pour avoir été l'ancien capitaine du XV de France. Il joue entre autres au sein des clubs du Toulouse olympique employés club puis du Valence sportif. Il compte 35 sélections internationales en équipe de France. Il obtint sa première cape le 15 janvier 1966 à l'occasion d'un match contre l'équipe d'Écosse.
