Stéphane Lambiel, né le 2 avril 1985 à Martigny, est un patineur artistique suisse et portugais. Il vit aujourd'hui à Lausanne. Il a obtenu une maturité en biologie et en chimie en juin 2004. Il se consacre maintenant entièrement au patinage artistique.

Stéphane Lambiel a une soeur, Silvia, née en 1982, ainsi qu'un frère, Christophe, né en 1989. Sa maman, Fernanda, est d'origine portugaise. Son père, Jacques, est originaire d'Isérables, en Valais; il est propriétaire d'une entreprise de terrassement.
