Salman Khan ( ou Sallu pour son surnom) est le fils du scénariste Salim Khan. Ses deux frères, Arbaaz Khan et Sohail Khan, sont également des acteurs. Considéré comme le mauvais garçon de Bollywood, il est souvent égratigné par la presse et connaît plusieurs démêlés avec la justice.
