Gökşin Sipahioğlu est un photographe et grand reporter turc, né à İzmir le 28 décembre 1926 et mort le 5 octobre 2011. Il reste célèbre entre autres pour avoir fondé, en 1973, l'agence Sipa Press et collaboré au journal Hürriyet. Il est également le fondateur de l'ancienne équipe turque de basket-ball, Kadıköyspor qui deviendra l'Efes Pilsen İstanbul. Né, en 1926 à İzmir, Gökşin Sipahioğlu étudie au lycée Saint-Joseph d'Istanbul....
