Gérard Louvin (de son vrai nom Gérard Fromont), né le 5 septembre 1946 au Raincy, est un producteur de télévision, de cinéma et de spectacles français.

Après l'obtention d'un CAP de cuisinier, sa vie professionnelle prend une toute autre direction lorsque aprés avoir été musicien et chanteur animateur de bals il devient le directeur artistique de Claude François puis d'Alain Chamfort de 1973 à 1982 Claude François,. Il fonde en 1982 sa propre société, Glem (acronyme de Gérard Louvin éditions musicales). Il devient producteur de différents artistes tels que Michel Leeb, Lio, Pierre Palmade, Anthony Kavanag...
