Gary Glitter, de son vrai nom Paul Francis Gadd, né le 8 mai 1944 à Bandury en Angleterre, est un chanteur-compositeur britannique apparu au début des années 1970. Il est, avec David Bowie, Roxy Music et T. Rex, l'un des représentants du glam rock (parfois aussi appelé « glitter rock »), notamment de par ses tenues exubérantes. Ses deux chansons à succès sont I'm The Leader Of The Gang (I Am!) et Rock and Roll part 2, co-composées avec Mike Leander.
